This film utilizes an acrylic-based pressure-sensitive adhesive formulated with biomass-derived raw materials. It offers a wide range of adhesive performance, from removable applications to bonding and fixing applications, while achieving a haze value of 1% or less, making it suitable for optical applications as well. Our lineup also includes a high-concentration type with a bio-based content of 79%.

High Refractive Index Control Adhesive Film

This adhesive film achieves a high refractive index while maintaining optical properties such as light transmittance and haze. By combining strong adhesion with a high refractive index, it enables the bonding of components while keeping them thin.

Low WVT Adhesive Film

This adhesive film uses an adhesive with an extremely low water vapor transmission rate compared to general acrylic adhesives. By using this adhesive film, the impact of water vapor on the bonded components can be reduced.

Optically Filtering Adhesive Film

This adhesive film absorbs specific wavelengths in the range from UV (ultraviolet) to visible light. The absorption wavelengths can be controlled according to the application, such as enhancing the color reproducibility of displays or preventing degradation through UV cut. It is suitable for a wide range of optical applications, including displays, touch panels, optical devices, and automotive equipment.

MASTACK® TFB – polarizer protective film

This is a high-quality protective film based on PET film, which holds the top global market share. It protects the polarizing plates of LCD displays during the manufacturing process while offering high transparency that allows for visual inspection without removing the film. We plan to begin mass production of 2,500 mm-wide products in 2025 and to start operations of production facilities for 3,000 mm-wide products in the second half of 2026. In addition to improving productivity, we are also focusing on contributing to the environment by developing PFAS-free products and products made from biomass.
