The coating technology we have cultivated over many years enables us to adhere to materials that are easily peeled off such as fluorinated films. As this is a film form of hot-melt adhesive, it improves processing efficiency for bonding the adherend in a short time.
Adhesion to different materials

Uniform thickness by precision coating
Meta Seal® is a film that is precise coated with hot melt adhesive, so it has a layer thickness that is more uniform than liquid or paste, and there is no unevenness in adhesion force or application.
This boasts high durability against chemical (acidity and alkalinity) and hydrolysis, and it works for a long time.
The thickness, antistatic function, and more can be customized.

Tab Seal film
Tab Seal film is a Hot Melt adhesive for tab leads of lithium-ion batteries with electrolyte-resistance, which was developed through the application of Meta seal®, an adhesive for different materials. It is a highly reliable film with a proven track record of over 20 years.
Heat sealing provides excellent adhesion to metal tabs and outer bags. Tab seal can be used for a long time by minimizing the deterioration of adhesion force after immersion in electrolytic.
Provides both insulation and flexibility
Since the core layer and adhesive layer are laminated, Tab seal has both insulation and flexibility, and reduces sealing failures after heat sealing process.

Double-sided Metal Adhesion Type
This type can be bonded to any adhesive surface.
